Shipping & returns

Lead time

Ready works are usually packed and shipped within 2–5 business days of your order. Commissioned pieces have a longer, individually agreed timeline that I share before you confirm.

Shipping within the EU

Parcels travel by insured courier (or parcel locker where available) with tracking. Shipping is charged separately at checkout — you choose the method and see the cost before you pay.

Shipping worldwide

I also ship outside the EU. Delivery cost depends on the country and method and is shown at checkout. For non-EU orders, local customs duties and import taxes may apply on your side — worth checking with your customs office beforehand.

Packaging

Every painting is protected with corner guards, bubble wrap, and rigid cardboard; larger formats travel in a dedicated crate. The goal is simple: it should arrive exactly as it left the studio.

Returns & withdrawal

As an EU consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sale within 14 days without giving a reason — this doesn't apply to commissioned works made to your personal specification. Full details are in the Terms.

Frequently asked

Is my painting insured in transit?

Yes — courier shipments are insured for the order value. If anything arrives damaged, contact me with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

How much does international shipping cost?

It depends on the destination, weight, and size of the piece. At checkout you choose the country and shipping method — the cost is shown immediately, before payment.

Can I return a commissioned painting?

Custom, made-to-order pieces aren't covered by the standard withdrawal right, but reach out — every situation is looked at individually.

How does a return work?

Email me within 14 days of receiving the painting. Send it back in its original, secure packaging, and I refund the full amount once it arrives.
